Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (Permanent)\n\nLocation: Manchester\n Start Date: Immediate\n Contract Type: Permanent\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a large, live multi-room development in central Birmingham. This is a Permanent position, focused on supervising the electrical works within amenity areas and landlord supplies.\n\nYou will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision of specialist sub-contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupervise electrical installation works across amenity areas and landlord electrical supplies\n\nManage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and operatives on site\n\nEnsure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme\n\nMonitor quality of installation and ensure defects are addressed promptly\n\nOversee compliance with health & safety procedures and site rules\n\nCoordinate with project management, other trades, and site management teams\n\nAssist with planning, sequencing, and short-term programming of works\n\nSupport testing, commissioning, and snagging activities where required\n\nMaintain accurate site records, progress updates, and reports\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction projects\n\nBackground working on residential / multi-room / high-rise developments \n\nStrong understanding of landlord supplies and communal / amenity electrical systems\n\nAbility to manage subcontract labour and maintain productivity on site\n\nSolid knowledge of health & safety requirements and electrical regulations\n\nSMSTS or SSSTS\n\nCSCS card\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive Salary\n\nOpportunity to work with an established delivery team\n\nPotential for ongoing work beyond initial scope
