Electrical Supervisor\nContract\nLondon\n\n1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a residential project in London. The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience of working on residential projects.\n\nDuties:\n- Management of directly employed trades labour and sub-contractors.\n- Co-ordination of the installation.\n- Health and safety management.\n- Ensuring the quality of the installation was of a high standard.\n- Implementing QA/QC procedures.\n- Carrying out site surveys.\n- Ensuring the installation was snag free.\n- Management of the testing and commissioning of mechanical services.\n- Paperwork management; RFI's, method statements, risk assessments, site diaries, progress reports.\n- Managing variations.\n\nRequirements:\n- SSSTS/SMSTS. \n- CSCS.\n- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role.

\n- City & Guilds/NVQ. \n- Previous experience of working on high end residential projects
