Job Description

Electrical Supervisor\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a freelance basis for a commercial construction project. The project may include fit-out, shell & core, office, retail, or mixed-use developments.\n\nAbout the role\n\nThis is a site-based role overseeing electrical works, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery are achieved.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervise all electrical operatives on site, including electricians and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and designs\n\n * \n\n Carry out regular site inspections and quality control checks\n\n * \n\n Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and other trade supervisors\n\n * \n\n Enforce health & safety standards, ensuring RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work are in place\n\n * \n\n Review test and inspection documentation and support commissioning activities\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress against programme, identify risks or delays, and report/escalate where required\n\n * \n\n Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and final handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate site records, including daily/weekly reports, timesheets, and material usage\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Supervisor role\n\n * \n\n Proven supervisory experience on commercial or industrial projects\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS qualification\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * \n\n Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills\n\nHow to Apply\n\nTo apply for the Electrical Supervisor position, please send your up to date CV
