Job Description

DATS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a growing team in Greater Manchester. This role involves overseeing electrical site activities, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Supervise all electrical site activities alongside the Construction Manager and Principal Electrical Engineer\n\n * Review and sign off subcontractor RAMS\n\n * Monitor quality and standards, completing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and QA documentation\n\n * Oversee subcontractor progress, site coordination, and snagging\n\n * Support variation assessments and assist Quantity Surveyors with subcontractor applications\n\n * Liaise closely with other trades and project teams\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience supervising electrical works on turnkey or multi-disciplinary projects\n\n * Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated sector experience \n\n * Ability to review and assess electrical test certification\n\n * Proactive, client-focused, and safety-driven\n\n * Strong people management skills for subcontractors\n\nQualifications\n\n * HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * AM2 Certification\n\n * City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 and 2394/2395\n\n * SMSTS certification\n\nBenefits\n\n * £50,000 – £58,000 per annum depending on experience\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * Pension contribution scheme\n\n * Private healthcare and healthcare cash plan\n\n * Life assurance\n\n * Cycle to work scheme and employee rewards programme
