Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor\n\nLocation: Leeds\n\nProject Value: £10m+ high-end residential development\n\nEmployment Type: Permanent\n\nSalary: £45,000 – £50,000 + car allowance\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major £15m+ high-end residential project based in Leeds. This is a permanent position offering long-term stability, competitive salary, and the opportunity to work on a flagship development.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupervise and coordinate all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme and quality standards.\n\nManage electricians and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.\n\nEnsure all electrical installations comply with current regulations and project specifications.\n\nWork closely with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades to coordinate activities.\n\nOversee first and second fix installations, testing, commissioning, and handover.\n\nEnsure materials, plant, and labour are planned and available to meet programme requirements.\n\nMonitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections to high-end residential standards.\n\nEnsure strict adherence to health & safety procedures, RAMS, and site policies.\n\nAssist with inspections, snagging, and final handover documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate site records, progress reports, and as-built information.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on residential or high-end residential projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical installations and building services.\n\nAbility to manage site teams and drive productivity.\n\nGood understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.\n\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\n\nRelevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).\n\nSSSTS or SMSTS .\n\n2391 / testing qualifications desirable
