Electrical Site Manager
Chelmsford & Sittingbourne £300.00 per day Contract
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works on two care home projects, one based in Chelmsford and one in Sittingbourne.
You will be responsible for managing site activities on both projects, supervising up to 10 electricians per site, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of electrical works across both sites. • Supervising and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors. • Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme. • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance. • Liaising with project management, clients, and other trades. • Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor. • Strong background in commercial or care home projects (preferred) • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously. • SSSTS or SMSTS. • ECS Card. • Good knowledge of electrical regulations and site safety.
