About the RoleWe are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our building services projects in Milton Keynes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating site activities efficiently and safely.As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Health & Safety management on siteFulfilment of CDM principal contractor dutiesDaily coordination of site activitiesManaging and supervising subcontractorsReviewing and signing off project documentationCoordinating the site team to ensure smooth operationsMaintaining effective client communicationsConducting work inspections and quality checksExperience & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum 5 years site management experienceSMSTS qualificationCSCS CardFirst Aid at Work certificationProven CDM experienceExperience managing building services projects, particularly in BMS, metering, and electrical worksExcellent communication and leadership skillsJBRP1_UKTJ
