Electrical Site Manager\n\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a freelance basis for a commercial construction project. Projects may include fit-out, shell & core, office blocks, retail centres, or mixed-use developments\n\nAbout the role\n\nThe Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for managing all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Take full responsibility for managing electrical works on site\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors, and operatives\n\n * \n\n Interpret and manage works in line with drawings, specifications, and design information\n\n * \n\n Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to meet programme milestones\n\n * \n\n Ensure health & safety compliance, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work\n\n * \n\n Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trade managers\n\n * \n\n Carry out regular inspections and quality control checks of electrical installations\n\n * \n\n Review test & inspection paperwork and oversee commissioning activities\n\n * \n\n Track progress, identify risks or delays, and implement mitigation measures\n\n * \n\n Manage snagging, defect resolution, and final handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate site records, reports, timesheets, and material usage\n\nRequirements\n\n * Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Site Manager or senior supervisory role\n\n * \n\n Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial electrical projects\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills\n\nHow to Apply\n\nTo apply for the Electrical Site Manager position, please submit your up-to-date CV
