Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take charge of all electrical installation works across multiple residential and commercial blocks, including:

  • Site Leadership: Managing and directing site teams, sub-contractors, and ensuring all works align with program schedules and technical specifications.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining stringent QA/QC processes for 1st/2nd fix, containment, and final testing.
  • Health & Safety: Leading daily briefings, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring strict compliance with all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Reporting: Liaising directly with the Project Manager, main contractor, and internal commercial teams to track progress and manage resources.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Essential.
  • Proven background as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Supervisory Electrician on large-scale new-build residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong Electrical qualifications (e.g., JIB Gold Card/Approved Electrician, 18th Edition).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage trade interfaces efficiently.
