Job Description

We are actively seeking an Electrical Site Manager for a large commercial project based in Oxford. This project is set to run for 24 month with views of our client winning phase 2 also\n\nElectrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage supervisors, subcontractors and specialists.\n\n * Tool Box Talks\n\n * Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, installation, and construction teams\n\n * Undertake the materials take offs\n\n * To undertake daily safe start and toolbox talks for all resources visiting and working on the site.\n\n * Manage the implementation of the quality plans on site.\n\n * Prepare weekly / monthly lookahead from the master programme.\n\n * Technical point of contact with technical issues / queries on site.\n\n * Attend daily briefings & site walks with main contractors and clients\n\n * Report to Project Manager\n\n * Progress Meetings / Reports\n\nOur client is looking to pay £300 - £330 per day or £60k - £65k + Package\n\nif the above is of intreast please apply and Brookfield M&E will be in touch to discuss in more detia
