Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Site Manager \n\nLocation: Manchester \n\nRate: £350 per day (CIS) (DOE)\n\nStart Date: Immediate (interview required) \n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM \n\nDuration: Minimum 6 months \n\nAbout the Role: \n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's dynamic projects team for a significant hospital development in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various projects valued between £50k and £2M electrical works. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
\n\n- Supervise subcontractors and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. \n\n- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. \n\n- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
\n\n- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns. \n\n- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. \n\nQualifications and Requirements: \n\n- Valid SMSTS certification.
\n\n- First Aid certification. \n\n- NVQ Level 3 electrical installation \n\n- CSCS card (beneficial). \n\n- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
