Electrical Shift Leader (Days & Nights) - £52,000-£55,000 Bank

I am currently looking to speak to Electrical Shift Leaders for a large banking site based near Bank station.

The need is for an Electrical Shift Leader to come and join a 3 person shift team, and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.

As a Shift Leader you will be required to manage 2x shift engineers and work a Continental shift pattern, 7-7, days & nights shifts.

Day to Day Duties;

• PPM, reactive maintenance
• Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
• Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
• Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
• Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. xbpsjku All applicants must come form a strong maintenancebackground and have the ability to deal with a fast paced commercial environment.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate must have;

• With at least 5 years experience in building services
• Core qualificationsare key in this role the minimumrequirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
