This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated electrical professional looking to step into a leadership role within a well-established engineering team, working a stable days-only continental shift pattern.You will be responsible for leading the on-shift engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all electrical systems within a critical commercial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the on-shift engineering team to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficientlyCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systemsEnsure all plant and equipment operate efficiently and in line with site requirementsAct as the first point of contact for technical issues during your shiftEnsure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company proceduresManage and coordinate subcontractors where requiredComplete accurate reporting and maintain maintenance recordsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the siteRequirementsFully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Experience working in a commercial building services environmentPrevious supervisory or lead engineer experience preferredStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilitiesGood knowledge of electrical systems, plant equipment, and building servicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsPackage & BenefitsSalary: £50,000 per annumContinental Shift Pattern Days Only (7am7pm)20 shift days annual leaveCompany pension schemeLife insuranceVitality private health insurance including dental, optical, and audio cover0% staff loan schemeOngoing training and career progression opportunitiesApply NowIf you are an experienced electrical engineer looking to progress into a leadership role within a well-supported environment, we would love to hear from you.
