Overview
An established facilities management provider is seeking a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a high-profile commercial site in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to work within a professional, well-structured building services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on building services systems
Maintain and fault-find on electrical or mechanical plant including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, switchgear, and associated systems
Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed and recorded accurately
Respond promptly to plant breakdowns and emergency call-outs
Liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providers
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
Provide clear handover reports at shift changeRequirements

Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
Previous experience working within commercial building services maintenance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience operating within a critical or high-end commercial environment preferred
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a shift teamPackage
