Job Description

We are looking to speak with you! I am working with an industry leading FM service provider who are actively hiring for an electrical maintenance engineer for one of their flagship commercial buildings in London.\n\nSalary: Upto £55,000 Per Annum \nStatic and Permanent Role in Central London.\n4 days on and 4 days off, (Days Only)\nDuties:\n\nEmergency Light Testing\nFire Alarm Testing\nUPS\nCircuit Breakers\nChillers\nHeat Exchangers\nCalorifiers\nBoilers\nAHUs/FCUs\nDistribution Boards\nTransformers\nGenerator Testing\nElectrical Fault FindingRequirements:\n\nC&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)\n18th Edition.\nExperience in building services maintenance - Ideally within a commercial office environment.\nHV Certification (Mandatory)Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
