An ever-growing automated packaging engineering firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to support the development, installation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a wide range of automated and battery-powered packaging equipment. This is a hands-on, technically varied role offering exposure to end-of-line packaging machinery, electrical systems, product development activities and electromechanical fault-finding within a fast-paced engineering environment.

The Role as an Electrical Service Engineer: Develop, install, maintain and service electrical systems on automated packaging machinery Fault-find, repair and commission battery-powered equipment and end-of-line packaging machinery Diagnose electrical and electromechanical faults, including basic circuit board diagnostics Strip down machinery, identify root causes, and carry out effective repairs Work closely with design, innovation and production teams to: Test prototypes Validate performance Support manufacturing readiness Support customer trials, provide on-site or remote technical assistance, and feedback into product development Produce and maintain technical...
