While our primary focus is on commercial installations, we cover a broad spectrum of electrical services, ranging from initial design stages through to commissioning and labour-only contracts. Our portfolio includes office fitouts (to Cat A & B), hospitals, schools, colleges, industrial warehouses, and high-end residential projects. Our office is based in Rochester, however 95% of our projects are located within London. The role will involve a mix of office and on-site responsibilities. Job Overview: We are seeking Electrical Quantity Surveyorto manage the financial and contractual aspects of electrical installations in construction projects.This role involves estimating, quotes, preparing tender documents, monitoring project progress, Variation quotes, add/omits on new revisions of design, procurement, procurement schedules and ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts.The right person would play a crucial role in cost control, risk management, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
