We are advertising on behalf of a well-established NICEIC commercial Electrical Contractor, based in the Heart of Essex, specialising in the warehousing and the self-storage sector and are currently looking to recruit an established and respected Electrical Quantity Surveyor. The existing team provides expert mechanical and electrical installation services for commercial and industrial projects throughout Essex, Greater London and surrounding counties

With continuous growth and new exciting projects on the horizon we are seeking a skilled Electrical Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in mechanical and electrical contracting and commercial project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established, friendly, experienced and innovation company delivering complex, high-value electrical packages.

Your New Role

You'll be responsible for managing cost, contracts, and commercial reporting across new build, major fit-outs and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £50K to£1.5 million. Projects run between 6 and 12 months in duration, and you'll be expected to hit the ground running—managing commercial functions from procurement through to final accounts.
