Electrical Quantity Surveyor\n\nWolverhampton | All Levels | Projects up to £5m\n\nA well-established, family-run Electrical contractor based in Wolverhampton is looking to appoint an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.\n\nThe business delivers large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK, with individual project values up to £5 million. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are open to Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Assistant through to Senior.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou will play a key role in the commercial management of electrical packages across multiple projects, supporting delivery teams from pre-construction through to final account.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Commercial management of electrical projects from award to final account\n\n * \n\n Preparing and managing valuations, variations, and cost reports\n\n * \n\n Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management\n\n * \n\n Cost forecasting and cash flow management\n\n * \n\n Supporting tendering and pre-construction where required\n\n * \n\n Working closely with Contracts Managers and Project Teams\n\n * \n\n Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Background in Electrical / Building Services Quantity Surveying\n\n * \n\n Experience within commercial or industrial projects \n\n * \n\n Open to Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior level candidates\n\n * \n\n Strong numerical and analytical skills\n\n * \n\n Good communication and stakeholder management ability\n\n * \n\n Relevant construction / quantity surveying qualification ( but not essential)\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Permanent role based in Wolverhampton\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary depending on experience and level\n\n * \n\n Clear progression path within a stable, family-run business\n\n * \n\n Exposure to large, technically interesting projects up to £5m\n\n * \n\n Supportive commercial team and long-term job security\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor looking to join a well-established contractor, gain exposure to high-value projects, and progress their career within a supportive environment
