With a strong presence across solar PV, battery storage, air source heat pumps and wider smart energy solutions, the business has built an excellent reputation for growth, quality and customer delivery.They are now looking to appoint anElectrical Quality Supervisorto support installation quality, technical compliance and on-site standards across their renewable projects.This is a key position for a qualified electrical professional who understands how to maintain high standards across live installations, documentation, testing and sign-off, while supporting engineers and driving best practice across the business.The roleYou will take ownership of electrical quality across renewable installations, ensuring that all works are completed safely, compliantly and to a consistently high standard.You will be involved in live site reviews, inspection and testing, certification checks, remedial oversight, installer support and technical reporting. The role will suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident managing quality across multiple jobs and teams.Key responsibilitiesOversee the quality of electrical installation works across solar PV, battery storage and associated renewable systemsCarry out site inspections, audits and live installation reviewsEnsure all electrical works are completed in line with current regulations, internal standards and health and safety requirementsReview testing, commissioning and certification to ensure full compliance and accuracySupport electricians and installation teams with technical guidance and quality improvementIdentify defects, non-conformances and areas for improvement, then ensure corrective actions are completed properlyWork closely with operations and management teams to maintain strong delivery standards across all projectsMonitor installation performance and provide clear reporting, feedback and recommendationsHelp drive a right-first-time culture across the electrical divisionWhat we are looking forFully qualified electrician with relevant industry experienceStrong background in domestic electrical systems and renewable installation environmentsPrevious experience in a quality, supervisory, testing or compliance-focused roleSound understanding of inspection, testing and electrical certificationUp-to-date knowledge of current wiring regulations and site compliance standardsStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailAble to work independently while also supporting site teams and wider operationsProfessional, practical and solutions-led approachRequired qualificationsLevel 3 electrical qualification18th EditionInspection and TestingDesirableExperience within solar PV and battery storageKnowledge of renewable energy installation standards and best practicePrevious exposure to auditing, remedials or post-install quality checksECS cardFull UK driving licenceWhat's on offer£40,000 to £55,000 basic salary depending on experienceCompany van and fuel cardPAYE position with long-term opportunityJoining a growing renewables business with strong market momentumOpportunity to play a key role in raising standards and shaping quality across the electrical functionJBRP1_UKTJ
