*WGM Engineering Ltd, *part of *RSK Group *has an exciting vacancy for an *Electrical Qualifying Supervisor *to join our *Compliance *team on a permanent contract. This role will be based in *Glasgow* with some *hybrid* flexibility available. You will also visit sites across our region therefore there may be an element of *working away from home* on occasion.

In this role, you will supervise electrical regulatory tasks, ensuring they are delivered to budget to fully satisfy customer requirements. This role will drive service delivery which will be recognised by the client and ensure key performance targets and SLAs are maintained.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Ensure client assets worked on, out turn with compliance to current electrical regulations, WIMES specification and Electrical Safety Rules (ESR).
* Continually improve project communication and performance within the team.
* Building strong client relationships.
* Develop business within the electrical regulatory structure.

*Person Specification*

* SVQ Level 3 Electrical.
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
* Recognised Inspection & Testing Qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* ECS Card.
* Knowledge and understanding of electrical construction to WIMES Specification.
* Knowledge of safe systems of work.
* Excellent mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in an operational supervisory role.
* Valid UK driving licence is essential.
