Electrical QC Inspector 12 mth contract + rolling + Outside IR35 + Reading based Role Profile You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer & Inspector providing independent Quality Control across a range of electrical disciplines. Fit and able to work at height and confined spaces, you will have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and be able to operate on sites with minimal supervision. Your role will involve working in a client facing environment on sites with differing working cultures. As such you will be demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve. Experience / responsibilities * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering and minimum 5 years of electrical inspection of fabrications / manufactured equipment for conventional power generation applications. * Attending meetings or reviewing paperwork, eg. inspection test plans or lifetime quality records or you will be physically inspecting various types of systems and equipment such as cable management systems, 3 phase distribution and control panels, UPS, HVAC controls, lighting, power, instrumentation, trace heating, fire alarms and a variety of specialist equipment.
