Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial electrical project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of high-quality commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical works from pre-construction through to final handover

*

Plan, coordinate, and oversee site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

*

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour

*

Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors

*

Prepare and manage project programmes, progress reports, and cost forecasts

*

Oversee testing, commissioning, and certification

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects

*

Strong electrical technical background (building services / commercial installations)

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

*

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and electrical standards

*

SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications preferred
