About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects in the heart of London’s financial district (Bank). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and reputable M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of high-spec projects.

You will be responsible for managing electrical works from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of CAT A and B electrical fit-out projects

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project specifications

• Monitor progress, manage snagging, and lead final handover process

• Produce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and commissioning schedules

• Manage budgets and project timelines effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing electrical packages on CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of building services and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Experience working in fast-paced central London environments (ideally Bank or City)

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified

• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

• Relevant electrical qualifications (time served electrician, HNC/HND preferred
