An Electrical Project Manager role responsible for the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects within a data centre environment. The position focuses on end-to-end project execution, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client and technical requirements.


You will play a key role in coordinating project delivery teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting the transition of projects from sales into execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical and engineering projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Lead coordination of project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient on-site delivery and performance
  • Maintain full awareness of contractual obligations across multiple projects, including technical specifications, milestones, commercial terms, and health & safety requirements
  • Support the transition from pre-construction/sales into delivery, reviewing project scope to identify risks, technical constraints, and commercial considerations, escalating where required
  • Plan, allocate, and manage resources to ensure optimal project performance and delivery efficiency
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with design intent, specifications, and programme requirements
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support financial reporting, including forecasting, cost tracking, and identification of risks and opportunities


Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering electrical projects within data centre, industrial, or energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation works and site-based project delivery
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and programme performance
  • Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
