Main Responsibilities:

To ensure that all site operations are delivered in a safe manner, correctly using in-house processes and that the work is delivered it to an industry leading level.

Key Operational Duties:

Management of your team of installation engineers to deliver an industry standard quality of installation. Delivering processes developed within the senior management team. Security and maintenance of all companyproperty involved with your projects. Creating and maintaining enthusiasm of the installation engineers on your projects Management of projects to monitor committed spend against quoted costs. Project specific Health and safety / legal compliance to include the creation of your project specificRAMS, accident reportingand ensuring all operative on your projects are qualified to undertake the works expected of them.
