A reputable Electrical Building Services Contractor is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager due to continued growth. All projects are based across the Midlands, delivering electrical packages within Healthcare, Education (Schools & Universities), and Public Sector buildings.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage multiple electrical building services projects up to £5m

*

Deliver projects across Healthcare, Education and Public Sector environments

*

Attend client meetings, progress meetings, commissioning and handover meetings

*

Manage projects from pre-contract through to final account

*

Assist with design coordination and technical reviews

*

Lead procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors

*

Manage site teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors

*

Oversee electrical installations, testing and commissioning

*

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

*

Manage variations, costs and assist with final accounts

*

Work with Main Contracts and Sub-Contract documentation
