Electrical Project Manager\n\nWe are currently delivering a commercial office fit out project and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the electrical package from pre construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage the electrical scope of works on a commercial office fit-out project\n\n * \n\n Lead and coordinate electrical supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Review, interpret, and manage electrical drawings, specifications, and design information\n\n * \n\n Plan and manage programme, resources, and procurement of materials and plant\n\n * \n\n Liaise closely with the client, main contractor, consultants, and other trade package managers\n\n * \n\n Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements, including RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work\n\n * \n\n Monitor quality standards through inspections and audits of installation works\n\n * \n\n Manage testing, inspection, commissioning, and certification processes\n\n * \n\n Track progress, identify risks or delays, and implement mitigation measures\n\n * \n\n Manage variations, cost control, and reporting against budgets\n\n * \n\n Oversee snagging, defect resolution, and final handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Produce regular progress reports, forecasts, and site records\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects (office fit out experience preferred)\n\n * \n\n Strong background managing electrical packages on commercial or mixed use developments\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SMSTS (preferred; SSSTS considered)\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and commissioning processes\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive freelance / contract rates\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on a high quality commercial office fit out project\n\n * \n\n Supportive project team and well structured programme\n\nTo Apply\n\nPlease send your up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Project Manager role
