Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver projects up to £5m in value.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects, managing them from Stage 3 design through to completion and handover.\n\nAll projects are City of London-based, offering consistency of location and minimal travel.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManaging electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects up to £5m\n\nTaking projects from Stage 3 design through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover\n\nCoordinating with design teams, main contractors, and clients\n\nManaging subcontractors, labour, and materials\n\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard\n\nOverseeing health & safety compliance on site\n\nAttending progress meetings and producing project reports\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager\n\nPrevious experience within the commercial fit-out sector (preferred)\n\nProven experience delivering projects from Stage 3 design\n\nSSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)\n\nRelevant electrical qualification\n\nStrong organisational, communication, and leadership skills\n\nPackage\n\n£325 - £375 per day\n\nCIS or Ltd company engagement\n\nLong-term contract opportunity with consistent City-based projects
