Electrical Project Manager \n\nLocation: Oxford & surrounding areas\n Salary: Competitive + package\n Sector: Commercial & Industrial Electrical Projects\n Project Values: £3–£4 million\n\nThe Opportunity\n A well-established and highly respected building services contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve delivering high-value commercial and industrial electrical projects across Oxford and the surrounding area.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager looking to take ownership of technically challenging projects with a strong, stable contractor.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n • Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction to final handover\n • Delivery of electrical projects valued between £3–£4 million\n • Programme planning, cost control and commercial reporting\n • Management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour\n • Client liaison and coordination with consultants and internal teams\n • Ensuring all works comply with health & safety, quality and technical standards\n • Identifying and mitigating project risks\n\nKey Requirements\n • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial/industrial environments\n • Track record delivering electrical packages in the £3m+ range\n • Strong technical electrical knowledge\n • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills\n • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n • Permanent role with a secure and growing contractor\n • Competitive salary and benefits package\n • Long-term local work – all projects based around Oxford\n • Career progression and involvement in major regional projects\n\nApplication Process\n This role is being handled confidentially by Harry Severn at ARC - (url removed)
