About the Company\n\nA well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the renewable energy sector, specialising in the design, installation, and delivery of sustainable energy solutions across the UK.\n\nThe company works on a range of commercial and industrial projects, including solar PV systems, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and low-carbon technologies.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of renewable energy projects from initial concept through to completion.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business operating in a high-growth industry, supporting the UK’s transition to Net Zero.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage multiple renewable energy projects from inception to completion\n\n * Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets\n\n * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard\n\n * Conduct site visits and monitor project progress\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards\n\n * Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders\n\n * Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\n * Proven experience in project management (construction, electrical, or renewable sectors)\n\n * Strong organisational and leadership skills\n\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Experience within solar PV or renewable energy projects\n\n * Electrical knowledge or background\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * SMSTS / CSCS certification\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * Opportunity to work in a fast-growing renewable energy sector\n\n * Clear career progression opportunities\n\n * Supportive and dynamic working environment\n\n * Early finish on Fridays
