Electrical Project Manager \n\nCentral London \n\nHigh-End Commercial Fit-Out\n\n£75/90k + Travel + Bonus\n\nASAP\n\nWe are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded M&E contractor to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a flagship £15m M&E commercial fit-out project in Central London.\n\nOur client is a privately owned contractor with an annual turnover of circa £80m, delivering complex mechanical and electrical packages for prestigious, high-end commercial clients across London. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation for quality delivery, they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery team.\n\nThe Role\nAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package from Stage 4 design through to Practical Completion. You will play a key role in coordinating design, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the electrical package across all project phases from Stage 4 through to PC\nCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders\nOversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and programme adherence\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and risk\nEnsure compliance with health & safety and company standards\nReport directly to senior leadership and contribute to project strategyRequirements\n\nProven experience delivering M&E commercial fit-out projects of similar scale\nStrong electrical background with relevant industry qualifications\nSMSTS certification is essential\nDemonstrated experience managing projects from Stage 4 design through to completion\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)\nTravel expenses covered\nPerformance-related bonus\nOpportunity to work on high-profile London projects with a respected contractor\nClear progression within a growing businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Electrical Project Manager looking to work with a reputable contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious commercial fit-outs
