Electrical Project Manager\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for managing electrical packages, coordinating teams, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage electrical works on commercial projects including offices, retail, healthcare, and mixed-use developments\n\n * \n\n Plan, schedule, and oversee project delivery from design review to handover\n\n * \n\n Manage project budgets, forecasts, valuations, and cost control\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions\n\n * \n\n Manage RFIs, variations, and change orders\n\n * \n\n Oversee procurement of materials and plant\n\n * \n\n Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, NEC/BS standards, and company procedures\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations\n\n * \n\n Experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and problem-solving ability\n\nDesirable\n\n * \n\n Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or SSSTS\n\n * \n\n Experience working with Procore, MS Project, or similar systems\n\n * \n\n Background with an electrical contractor\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and benefits package\n\n * \n\n Long-term career progression\n\n * \n\n Stable pipeline of commercial projects\n\n * \n\n Supportive and professional working environment\n\nHow to Apply\n\nApply now with your up to date CV for electrical project manager
