An established M&E contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager to take ownership of a major refurbishment of an existing energy centre on a prestigious country estate.

This is an urgent requirement following a secured project, offering the opportunity to step into a live scheme and lead from the front.

The business delivers full mechanical, electrical and public health services across complex projects, with a strong reputation across commercial, healthcare and high-end environments.

The Project

A large-scale refurbishment of an energy centre, including:

* HV/LV distribution upgrades

* Switchgear and generator installation

* Small power and lighting works

* Full coordination within a live estate environment

The Role

You’ll be responsible for running the electrical package from site, including:

* Managing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery

* Overseeing installation quality, H&S and compliance

* Coordinating with the wider project team and stakeholders

* Managing procurement, technical submissions and progress reporting

* Driving the project through to successful completion

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an Electrical PM or Contracts Manager

* Strong background in HV/LV infrastructure, switchgear and generators

* Experience delivering refurbishment or infrastructure-led projects

* Ability to take full ownership of a project on site

* Strong communication and coordination skills
