The organisation is known for its focus on innovation, safety, and high-quality project delivery.The RoleDue to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of complex MEP projects across London and the southern region.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys taking ownership of engineering delivery from design through to installation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering and technical compliance across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, standards, and client requirementsPlan, coordinate, and manage project activities to support safe, efficient, and profitable deliveryReview designs, drawings, and specifications, identifying risks and driving value engineering initiativesSupport procurement activities including technical submittals, plant/equipment enquiries, bid analysis, and subcontract coordinationMonitor programme, sequencing, quality, and installation progress to maintain project performanceCollaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, designers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordinationBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with health & safety standards, quality inspections, and zero-defects reportingMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingSupport commercial activities including variations, subcontract orders, and financial trackingRequirementsDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc preferred)Strong technical competence in Electrical Engineering and designExperience delivering MEP projects within a contracting environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex technical informationExcellent communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple workstreams effectivelyCollaborative and professional approachCommitment to safety, quality, and high standards of deliveryWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000Opportunity to work on large-scale, technically challenging projectsCareer progression within a growing and dynamic organisationCollaborative and supportive working environmentExposure to a wide range of sectors and high-profile clientsFor more information please contact Mitchell Rogers on 07718 185869--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
