£75,000 – £80,000 + Full Package
Super Prime Residential Project
We are working with one of the largest and most respected main contractors in London, who are currently delivering a graded super-prime residential development in Piccadilly. Due to the complexity and prestige of the scheme, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to take ownership of the electrical delivery on this marquee project.

The Role
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package valued up to £10m, managing multiple specialist subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and the exceptionally high-quality standards required on a graded super-prime build.
You will report directly into the MEP Project Lead and play a key role in coordinating design, resolving technical challenges, and driving the package through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the electrical package on a super-prime residential scheme.

Manage and coordinate multiple electrical subcontractors.
*
Ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, quality, and design requirements.
*
Work closely with design teams to manage complex and graded electrical designs.
*
Identify, manage, and resolve technical and coordination issues.
*
Monitor site progress, quality inspections, and commissioning activities.
*
Maintain strong communication with the MEP Project Lead and wider delivery team.
Requirements
*
Proven experience working as an Electrical Package Manager or Senior Electrical Manager.
*
Experience delivering electrical packages up to £10 million.
*
Background working with main contractors on high-end residential or complex commercial schemes.
*
Strong experience managing multiple subcontractors.
*
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
*
Comfortable working on graded / complex designs.
