Mobile Supervisor

London/Ravenswood

Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Mobile Working Supervisor to lead a team of engineers across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and maintenance delivery.

This is a field-based position where you’ll oversee mobile engineers, coordinate workloads, and provide hands-on technical support. You’ll play a key role in delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a strong focus on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support mobile engineers across multiple locations Deliver and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across all trades Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and site inspections Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work Plan, schedule, and quality-check maintenance tasks Respond to reactive issues with a “first-time fix” mindset Support testing & inspection activities (EICRs, remedials) Monitor contractor performance and SLA adherence Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For

Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent) Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Experience with audits, inspections, and Toolbox Talks Skilled in managing PPM schedules and reactive workloads Testing & inspection experience (2391 desirable) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused mindset
