Electrical Site Manager / M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias)

Sheffield, Permanent role.
Salary: £55,000 + Van (incl. overtime opportunities taking you to £60,000 +)

The Opportunity

My client is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager / or an Electrically-biased M&E Site Manager, to deliver a £4M M&E package on a multi-use development project (including laboratory space) in Sheffield.

This is a long-term opportunity, with a strong pipeline of work secured locally through to 2028, offering stability and continuity across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage all on-site electrical and M&E installation activities

*

Oversee a workforce of up to 25 operatives and subcontractors at peak

*

Ensure works are delivered safely, in line with RAMS and H&S regulations

*

Drive programme, productivity and quality on a large-scale M&E project

*

Coordinate with other trades and the wider site team to ensure smooth delivery

*

Monitor progress and report to senior management

*

Maintain high standards across installation, inspections and site compliance

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical or M&E Site Manager

*

Strong background delivering M&E packages £1M+ (essential)

*

Ability to manage large site teams and drive performance

*

Solid understanding of electrical building services installations

*

SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)

*

Strong focus on health & safety and site compliance
