This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent pay, strong benefits, and multiple shifts available: ✔️ 1st Shift Mon–Thurs, 5am–3pm ✔️ 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3p-1am ✔️ Weekend Shift Fri-Sun 4pm-4am Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$10,000 depending on experience Pay: $71-$90k (DOE) + shift differentials What You'll Do: Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Install and maintain electronic controls and machinery Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance Use CMMS and computer systems for part lookups and work entry Collaborate with other technicians and lead junior team members when required

What You Bring: Associate Degree in a related field 5+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment Strong skills with electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check

1st shift M-Th 5am-3pm 2nd and weekend shifts also available Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $41.41 to $44.20, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hiring Shift Differential: $3.25 an hour This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization. Responsibilities:

Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems. Must perform basic mechanical repairs. Must be able to perform the work of the lower-class identifications. May direct the work of others in the lower classifications. Must dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures. Must install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement. Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions. Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit. Must mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications. Do repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments. Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader. Qualifications:

Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required. Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS. Our jobs require:
