Working as part of a small, skilled team, your role will focus primarily on building services electrical work, while also supporting mechanical, plumbing and wider facilities tasks across site.

Salary of £38,000 - £45,000 pa plus time off in lieu or overtime available for call outs Structured on call rota (1 week in 3) with standby and emergency call outs Ongoing training and development As Electrical Maintenance Technician you’ll be:

Delivering planned preventative maintenance across electrical and building services systems Supporting minor improvement works and facilities upgrades Monitoring contractors and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy Managing building management systems and helpdesk processes

Occasional travel to the Orpington site and local retail sites will be required, so a clean driving licence is essential.

To succeed as Electrical Maintenance Technician you’ll bring:
