Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Luxury Residential Apartments - London, Aldgate – Up to £55,000

Exciting opportunity to join a privately owned FM service provider based in London. CBW is currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a mixed-use residential building providing a selection of beautiful apartments as well as independent coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. As the on-site Lead / Supervisor, you will ensure all maintenance and compliance standards are met while supporting a critical operation with minimal downtime. Balancing your time between looking after a team of 3/4 engineers you will also carry out hands on PPM & reactive maintenance as and when required.

Hours for work:

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm NO CALL OUT

Key duties & responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-site contact for all client liaison, ensuring a professional and responsive service is consistently delivered Oversee the completion of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with schedules and compliance standards Coordinate and close out actions from audits, client meetings, and site inspections in a timely manner Compile and submit monthly performance reports and updates as required Review and sign off all job sheets for clarity, accuracy, and any necessary remedial actions Provide detailed documentation of works carried out, ...
