Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Location: City of London Salary: Up to £52.5k, based on experience Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and oversee a team of skilled electrical engineers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.

Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and electrical codes.

Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to upskill team members and promote a safe working environment.

Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an electrical maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
