Were looking for x2Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established, family-run business near Stafford!The site is entering an exciting growth phase, with significant investment in new equipment and clear plans to expand the engineering team offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.This role is ideal for an electrically qualified engineer looking to develop their career in a modern production environment, with the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Manager position within the next couple of years.Youll be joining a friendly, supportive team culture where your input is valued, and development is actively encouraged.These are Full-Time, Permanent positions!What youll be doingCarry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the siteDiagnose and fault-find on a range of production and process equipmentSupport electrical repairs and improvements to keep operations running efficientlyAssist with continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime and improve reliabilityMonitor equipment performance and report any issues to site managementSupport installation and commissioning of new equipment as part of ongoing investmentEnsure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety standardsHours4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pmPayBasic salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience) With overtime, engineers can expect to earn up to £55,000 per yearSkills/Experience Required Electrical qualifications are essential (18th Edition preferred)Experience within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of Health & Safety practicesAbility to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a teamBenefits Weekly pay Company pension Staff discountFree on-site parkingOvertime available Ongoing training and developmentInvestment in new equipment and technologyClear progression pathway, including opportunity to move into Engineering ManagementEssentialAll applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).All applicants must be commutable to Stafford.What to do nextIf youre interested in this role, please apply and we will be in touch!Modus Personnel are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.JBRP1_UKTJ
