Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Taunton area, is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable and innovative manufacturing environment on a permanent day shift.

The Opportunity

As part of the operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and reliability of production equipment. Your work will help ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently while maintaining the company’s high technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems, production machinery and site equipment. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults across manufacturing and testing equipment. Assist with the installation, commissioning and optimisation of new machinery within the manufacturing facility. Work closely with engineering, laboratory and production teams to minimise downtime and improve process reliability.
