Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Canary Wharf – £48,000 + Overtime + Benefits Location: Canary Wharf, East London Salary: £48,000 per annum Shifts: Monday to Friday (07:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00) Benefits: Overtime, Pension Scheme, Training & Progression, 25 Days Annual Leave About the Role We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large commercial building in Canary Wharf, East London. You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment. * Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. * Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. * Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements * City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. * Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment. * Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
