This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on agricultural, production, and recycling machinery Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, with a focus on electrical systems Fault-finding on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and 3-phase systems Troubleshoot control panels, sensors, drives, and wiring Support machinery installations, upgrades, and reliability projects Welding and fabrication (guards, brackets, pipework) Perform inspections, lubrication, and condition monitoring Accurately log all work and ensure Health & Safety standards are met Hours MondayFriday, 7:00am-16:30pm 1-in-3 on-call rota (shift allowance of £2,344 per annum) Pay £43,000
- £50,000 per annum (DOE, including on-call allowance) Overtime available Skills/Experience Required Electrical qualifications Maintenance experience in agriculture, farming, recycling, or industrial manufacturing Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings Multi-skilled across both mechanical and electrical disciplines Valid UK driving licence Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Competitive salary on-call allowance Overtime available Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Ongoing training and career development Health & wellbeing support Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
