Looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with long-term career prospects? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider based at a large commercial building in Colindale, NW London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive site-based engineering team, with structured training and potential HV authorisation on offer.

Key Responsibilities
\n Perform planned & reactive maintenance across electrical building services
\n \n
Diagnose and repair faults: lighting, power, emergency systems, ballast replacement
\n \n
Test and monitor emergency lighting systems
\n \n
Work with and monitor BMS and control panels
\n \n
\nHV switchgear and isolation tasks (training provided)
\n \n
General M&E and fabric tasks as required
\n \n
Keep logbooks and compliance records updated
\n \n
Assist and escort specialist contractors
\n \n
Report service issues to the site management team
\n \n
Ensure all work complies with H&S and statutory requirements
\n \n
Requirements
\n \nC&G Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) – Essential
\n \n
\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
\n \n
Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
\n \n
Confident working in a client-facing environment
\n \n
Basic fabric or mechanical knowledge – Desirable
\n \n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n \n
Must be able to provide copies of valid trade qualifications
\n \n
