An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading steel manufacturing operation with key sites producing high-quality steel for the construction, automotive, and packaging sectors.

This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a heavy industrial environment, ensuring electrical systems and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical fault finding, maintenance, and repair of industrial plant and machinery

Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response

*

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

*

Working in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Shift Pattern

*

Alternating shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Nights

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: $34,904

*

Rising to £36,109 plus a 20% shift allowance from day one

*

Shift allowance applied immediately

*

Requirements

Recognised electrical qualification

*

Experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (steel, metals, or similar preferred)

*

Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills

*

Willingness to work rotating shifts
