I am excited to partner with a leading manufacturer in Fort William who have an immediate vacancy for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their site. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will lead a small team responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance on site.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

* Carry out the planned preventative maintenance of the engineering plant, machinery and building.

* Attend breakdowns and carry out fault finding and diagnostics ensuring equipment is in working order.

* Lead the engineering team and apprentices in the section.

* Support the engineering team in new equipment installations, providing long-term maintenance input.

* Lead and support engineering maintenance projects across the site.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

* The successful candidate will ideally hold a HNC qualification or above in electrical engineering although a Level 3 with strong electrical engineering knowledge and skills will be considered.

* Previous experience within a supervisory position.

* Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
