We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site near Liverpool Street. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a well-established facilities management team, delivering top-quality mechanical and electrical maintenance across a busy, high-profile building.
Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and building services systems
Diagnose and repair faults on M&E plant including lighting, power, HVAC, emergency systems, and BMS
Support statutory compliance and health & safety best practices
Work closely with on-site teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Complete service reports, job sheets and maintain accurate maintenance records
Requirements: City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
